Maubisse (Indonesia): Smooth with hints of Brazil nut. Velvety body and sweetness with nougat and caramel notes.
Mexico Organic: A classic “breakfast coffee” profile. Light bodied and delicately acidic.
Nicaragua: A clean and balanced cup. Smooth and well-rounded with nice brightness; medium-bodied with a trademark floral quality.
Papua New Guinea: Hints of maple syrup and berry in the acidity.
Brazil: A pleasantly bright top note compliments the expected depth, body, and sweetness.
Colombia: Full aroma, medium body, and good acidity. Pleasing fruit tones balanced by a caramel-like sweetness. The overall richness has made Colombian coffees famous.
Costa Rica: Brisk citrus acidity and a perfectly clean finish.
Harrar (Ethiopia): Sweet blueberry notes, remarkable middle-note complexity, and luscious body. Intense without being shocking and wild without being gamey.
Yirgacheffe (Ethiopia): Pronounced lemon and red berry flavors, a tea-like finish, and delicate hints of jasmine and bergamot.
Sumatra: Creamy body, loamy sweet flavors, and oodles of Sumatra’s famous appealing mustiness.
Rosebud Espresso: A heavy, thick bon-bon of a pre-blended espresso. Starts bold and ends like caramel.
